What makes our paddleboard quality different?
What sets Further paddleboards apart is our uncompromising construction and performance-driven design. Unlike most boards that rely on glued seams, linear drop-stitch, and single-layer PVC, these are built with thermal-welded seams for a stronger, longer-lasting bond. The sidewalls feature three reinforced PVC layers plus a fourth layer over the seams, significantly increasing durability. A woven drop-stitch core provides superior rigidity and responsiveness while reducing weight, resulting in a smoother, more efficient ride. The result is a board that outperforms typical inflatables in stiffness, strength, and overall paddling experience.

Carbon Fiber Shaft Paddle
Unlike most paddleboards that come with a heavy, corrosion-prone aluminum paddle, every Further inflatable paddleboard kit includes a premium carbon fiber shaft paddle. Lighter and more durable, carbon fiber paddles reduce fatigue, offer superior stiffness for efficient power transfer, and deliver a balanced, high-performance feel—making them ideal for paddlers who value comfort, longevity, and quality.

Rugged Wheeled Bag
Built for convenience and durability, our 3-wheeled carrying bag is the perfect travel companion for your inflatable paddleboard. Featuring smooth-rolling wheels, padded shoulder straps, and multiple grab handles, it’s easy to navigate trails, docks and airports. TSA-friendly and designed to meet most airline check-in requirements, it ensures hassle-free travel so you can focus on the adventure ahead.

Universal Fin Box
Further Customs paddleboards use a universal fin box, which is compatible with a wide range of standard longboard and SUP fins. This allows for easy fin replacement, customization, and tuning based on paddling conditions—whether you prefer more tracking for flatwater or maneuverability for surf and rivers. The included fin secures in place with downward pressure and a click, making installation and removal quick and tool-free.

Compare to Generic Boards
When comparing paddleboards, the differences in construction, accessories, and design become clear. Many entry-level boards use glued seams, single-layer PVC, and basic accessories, which limit durability and performance. In the chart below, you’ll see how our boards stand apart with welded seams, woven drop-stitch cores, reinforced sidewalls, premium carbon fiber paddles, and thoughtfully designed features to deliver a higher level of quality and on water experience.
