Complimentary Shipping

Further Customs offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders containing at least one Further Customs branded product delivered within the United States or Canada, excluding the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI).

Orders containing exclusively third-party products, such as electric outboard motors or accessories from other manufacturers, may be subject to shipping charges unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Destinations

United States & Canada

We ship throughout the United States and Canada, with complimentary standard shipping available on qualifying orders.

U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI)

For customers in the USVI, we offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders to a freight forwarder of your choice within the United States.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and other applicable fees beyond delivery to their designated freight forwarder.

International Shipping

We also ship to select international destinations. Special pricing is available for international orders to offset shipping and delivery costs. Please contact us for shipping availability, rates, and assistance coordinating your delivery.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

• United States: Approximately 2–5 business days
• Canada and International: Approximately 5–12 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, DHL, or LTL freight carriers, depending on the product and destination.

Delivery estimates begin once your order leaves our warehouse and may vary based on carrier schedules, location, and customs clearance.

Shipping Address Changes

If your order hasn't shipped, we're happy to help update your delivery address. Simply email info@furthercustoms.com with your order number and preferred shipping address.
