SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES

We strive to process all order within one to two business days. Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding all holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

We provide free shipping on Further branded products purchased directly through our website within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states).

*Please note that free shipping may not apply to discounted items, purchases made through retail partners, or items bought at events or trade shows, as these exceptions are at the discretion of the reseller.*

For rigid paddle and surfboards customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges. A flat freight cost for LTL shipments may be applied at checkout based on average LTL rates. If shipping rates exceed the flat shipping rate to the order recipient's preferred delivery destination then the customer will be contacted prior to shipment to approve any additional shipping costs. 

USA SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to residential and business addresses within the Lower 48 States. We offer shipping for inflatable paddleboards and accessories to to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin IslandsMilitary for an additional cost quoted at checkout. We do not ship APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International rates will be quoted at cart checkout. However, if a rate shows as unavailable, please simply email info@furthercustoms.com for a custom quote and emailed invoice. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

All rigid paddleboards and epoxy surfboards are shipped via our preferred freight shipping partner, Daylight Transport. Customers are responsible for setting delivery appointments for freight shipments, and delivery is contingent on customer availability. 

All inflatable paddle boards, snowboards, accessories, and gear are shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS.

ORDER SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION & TRACKING

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your package is in transit. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number to track your item(s) with the applicable carrier. Tracking information make take 24 hours to update following pickup.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We take pride in our packaging and do everything we can to properly package each item to ensure your order will arrive in the same condition as it left, undamaged. In rare circumstances, outside of our control, an item may show up with damage incurred while in transit.

VISIBLE DAMAGE UPON RECEIPT

*Pertains to Epoxy / Rigid Boards Only

Upon delivery, please inspect the box and contents for any visible signs of damage before signing for and accepting the shipment. If you find any damage to the contents, please refuse the shipment by writing “Refused due to damage” on the BOL and return the shipment to the driver. Once the order is signed for, the shipping company and Further Customs cannot be responsible nor provide any compensation for any damage to the board(s). Please inspect the board thoroughly from nose to tail when it arrives before signing off the shipping release of liability. Make the shipper wait 5 minutes if necessary to inspect. It is necessary that you write notes of any visible tears or damage to the goods and packaging onto the receiving document. Namely, if there are not notations of damage to the product or packaging recorded on the delivery receipt, the shipping insurance will not review nor approve any form of a damage claim. Any concealed or hidden damage must be photographed and emailed to info@FurtherCustoms.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
