Its a great pump. It infates 330 and chairs pretty quick. I did however have a issue with it switching to higher pressure. I believe that it was my power source. I was using elect motor battery that might have been fully charged. When it is plugged into boat it works flawless.

Pump will not read pressure. Gets to .75 psi no matter how much pressure it is on.I set to 17 psi and still won’t go more then .75. love the dock hate the pump. Don’t know if I got a defective one or if they are all like this. I have to use the manual pump to get it up to pressure and get a reading.
Easy to use and nice that it deflates. Pumps my paddle board in less than 10 mins. The multi-heads are also nice to have for other inflatable toys.

I ordered the floating sling at the Annapolis boat show but wanted it delivered in Apt-Mar of 2026 so the warranty would start then. But it came unexpectedly this Nov! The company reached out to me and said they mistakenly sent it earlier but would honor the warranty stating next year, Mar-Apr!!! Now that is customer service! Didn’t have to request it, beg or threaten, etc. Good company’s help their customers even after the sale! This is a good company.

The pump operates, however when it reaches the set pressure amount the tubes seemed under inflated. I checked pressure with a gauge and as I suspected, the pressure was well below what the pump registered

I had issues with it working with my vehicle (Chrysler 300) that eventually led to it malfunctioning and being inoperable. Further Customs replaced it for me free of charge. Great customer service, as always!

The board was fun. Very stiff and stable when pumped to 16 or 17 psi. Very light to carry from car to launch site. Will probably buy a second one.

Our electric is designed for use in common 12V or cigarette lighter ports available in most vehicles, RVS and boats. However, if you prefer to use our electric pump with a traditional wall outlet then we recommend the following 8.5A adapter.

Pump worked brilliantly for the first 2 minutes, then stopped… board was only at 3PSI. Pump now refuses to even turn on (I’ve tried multiple 12v outlets in multiple vehicles). Seems as though it has failed…. However the boards themselves are absolutely excellent!
Thank you for brining this to our attention Mark. Our electric pumps are designed to inflate our boards up to the recommend 18 PSI and stop automatically so let's get you one in proper working order. The first use the display went blank and the pump will not shut off. I have to unplug it to stop filling or deflating the float.

The pump works well, it takes a little while to blow up the 7x7 dock, much better than the hand pump. It works great to deflate and I'm able to pack the dock up to the original size every time.
The pump itself is great! IF you have access to a 12 volt cigarette lighter outlet! If not then you’re screwed. You can try to use an AC to DC converter but the pump draws more than 110 watts so you’ll need a high end converter to make it work.
The whole process was great. Joe is very professional and accommodating.
We live in Montreal Canada and we received the item on time and the only thing I could say is that I was 100% satisfied with the people working there and their products. please if you have a chance by the item it's really worth it for the price 😊
