UPON RECEIPT OF PRODUCT, PLEASE INSPECT AND REPORT ANY MANUFACTURER DEFECTS.

Further Customs supplies a non-transferable, limited warranty (the “Limited Warranty”) to the original consumer-buyer (“You, “Your” or “Buyer”) of Further Customs products against material manufacturer defects arising under normal use of the purchased products (with respect to paddle boards, “Paddle Board Products,” and accessories, “Accessory Products,” and together with Paddle Board Products, “Products”). This Limited Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE FOLLOWING LIMITED WARRANTIES. THESE ITEMS ARE DISCUSSED AT THE END OF THIS DOCUMENT.

LIMITED WARRANTY DURATION:

Stand Up Paddleboards & Swim Platforms

• 3-Year Warranty:  from the date of purchase on inflatable seams against delamination.
• 2-Year Warranty:  from the date of purchase on accessory products included with SUP packages.

Catamarans

• 5-Year Warranty:  on hull fabric against porosity and rot.
• 3-Year Warranty:  on hull seams against delamination.
• 2-Year Warranty:  on accessories, including the canopy, oars, pump, and carry bag, against defects in materials, workmanship, and corrosion.

Electric Pumps

• 1-Year Warranty:  from the date of purchase on electric pumps.

Electric Outboards

• Warranty varies by manufacturer. Visit manufacturer's website for details:

Remarks: This warranty applies only to defects in material and workmanship. It does not apply to tear or damage caused by accident, abnormal operation or improper installation.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS COVERS MATERIAL MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS ONLY, INCLUDING:

• Seam leaks
• Valve Leaks

The Limited Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or loss resulting from any of the following:

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or aftermarket modifications.
• Commercial use of products not intended for commercial applications.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, chips, cracks, scuffs, color fading, and surface aging.
• Damage caused by impact with rocks, docks, shorelines, submerged objects, or other collisions.
• Damage caused by improper transportation, handling, shipping, airline travel, loading/unloading, rolling, or dragging over abrasive surfaces.
• Damage caused by improper storage, including prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, temperatures above 90°F (32°C) or below 32°F (0°C), or other environmental conditions.
• EVA decking lifting, fading or degrading as a result of prolonged heat and sun exposure. 
• Failure to follow the instruction manual or perform normal care and maintenance.
• Acts of God, fire, flooding, storms, or other casualty events.
• Lost or stolen products.
• Damage to fins or fin boxes resulting from impact.
• Damage to valves caused by loosening or removing the valve for deflation.
• Damage resulting from transporting inflatable paddle boards on the roof of a vehicle.
• Paddles that fill with water or are damaged from impact, including falls onto the paddle.
• Accessory products that sink.
• Natural impressions, texture, or indentations in PVC resulting from the drop-stitch manufacturing process. These are cosmetic characteristics and are not considered defects.
• Scuffs, markings and indentations to the EVA decking. 

LIMITED WARRANTY PROCESS – SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY:

IN THE EVENT OF A BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY, FURTHER CUSTOM’S ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY TO THE BUYER, AND THE BUYER’S SOLE REMEDY, IS AS FOLLOWS :

FURTHER CUSTOMS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to repair or replace any Products deemed acceptable by

FURTHER CUSTOMS, in its sole discretion, for a warranty claim. The Buyer will pay all shipping costs associated with sending items in for repair or replacement. To make a warranty claim, please email : info@furthercustoms.com with:(1) a proof of purchase and delivery; (2) a written summary of the defect; (3) a picture of the defect, serial number located on the paddle board; and (4) a name, phone number, and return mailing address.  The buyer must contact info@furthercustoms.com before making any return based on a material manufacturer defect or in connection with a Product Limited Warranty claim.

Any Product that has not been the subject of a Limited Warranty claim using the process set forth above, within the time period stated within this document, will be deemed to conform to the Limited Warranty and deemed accepted by the Buyer.

 *WHEN REGISTERING YOUR PRODUCT FOR YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE POLICY STATED ABOVE.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER FOR ALL PRODUCTS

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, FURTHER CUSTOMS. EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS. SUCH DISCLAIMED WARRANTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE PRECEDING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY BUYER. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE LIMITED WARRANTY. THE LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

LIMITED WARRANTY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOLLOWING, AND FURTHER CUSTOMS. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:
• Products sold to someone under a different name than the name on the order;
• Products purchased from a seller other than FURTHER CUSTOMS. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty is available only for items purchased through the following channels: www.furthercustoms.com and other online & drop ship retail partners.
• Products purchased in bulk, with bulk discount.
• Products purchased for commercial use.
• Products purchased in used condition from FURTHERCUSTOMS.com or other online retailer & dropship partners.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL FURTHER CUSTOMS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR A MONETARY AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID OR DUE FOR THE PRODUCT(S) IN THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF THE PRODUCT FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FURTHER CUSTOMS (OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF FURTHER CUSTOMS) BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OR EXPENSE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS OR THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF ANY OBLIGATION UNDER THESE TERMS, OR THE FACT THAT SUCH PRODUCTS DO NOT CONFORM TO THIS CONTRACT OR THE LIMITED WARRANTY, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR AS A RESULT OF UNTIMELY DELIVERY EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES OCCURRING, AND WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCTS LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
